Silverstone Auctions is offering Rowan ‘Mr Bean’ Atkinson’s superb 1964 Ford Falcon FIA Race Car as part of its first sale of 2021 on 27 and 28 March. The Race Retro Live Online Auction catalogue features a whole range of classics, but it’s the immaculate Falcon owned by Rowan Atkinson CBE since 2006 that is one of the stars.
Finished in the ‘classic period colour’ (authentic, but attractive?) of turquoise and in such good nick that it’s eligible for the Masters, HSCC, HRDC and all pre-’65 FIA Series in Europe, Atkinson’s Falcon is road registered and comes with a guide price of £55,000-£65,000.
