Stellantis: Good for Business, Good for Employees?

Stellantis has announced that in every country in which it operates its employees have benefitted from the company’s results in the first year since it was formed.  It says that €1.9 billion has been redistributed, €770 million more than the cumulative amount redistributed last year by each of the previous legacy companies.

It seems this has been achieved through a unique company compensation and benefit policy which is a “pay for performance” approach.

Carlos Tavares, Stellantis CEO, said: “Every Stellantis employee took on an extraordinary task in 2021 of combining two automakers while facing serious external challenges. Our goal is that all employees benefit from the company’s profitable growth. We are pleased to reward and thank our team members for their tireless commitment.”
