The Swindon branch of WeBuyAnyCar supermarket in Swindon is this week reported to have had every one of its vehicles badly damaged overnight. But local Police have arrested a 14-year-old youth who, if it turns out he’s the idiot who did the smashing up, will hopefully be given the maximum sentence possible.
Manager Ian Quinton, who found the damage when he arrived at work in the morning, found that bricks had been used to break the windows of various cars, as well as damaging bodywork.
Wiltshire Police said: “A 14-year-old local boy was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and has since been released under investigation while our enquiries continue.”
