Peugeot is reporting that its online sales platform now accounts for 15% of its total retail registrations in 2021, doubling on what it achieved in 2020.
The online platform gives a 14-day returns policy, seven days a week support, a real time virtual showroom and direct comms with real advisers.

We introduced our online customer promise to give buyers the confidence that they will receive the same quality service as they do in our Retailers, so it’s pleasing to see many now enjoying the power of choice that our multi-channel approach provides.”
