Leading Job Board Matches Applicants and Employers Faster and Easier

InAutomotive Product

Leading motor industry recruitment specialist InAutomotive is launching a faster and more comprehensive job search website that gives jobseekers an inside track on which role suits them and enables dealerships and other employers to find the most qualified candidate far more quickly.

The new site intuitively prompts applicants and employers to give greater detail of their skills and of their vacancies. Closer matches are made rapidly due the InAutomotive system capturing more details from both sides.

Better For the Candidate

Jobseekers connect to the right recruiters via tightly-defined search filters, matching their enhanced candidate profiles with detailed and suitable vacancies, cutting the time wasted on applying for inappropriate jobs.

Also, after a recent InAutomotive survey revealed that 46% of job applicants felt that not hearing back from a recruiter was the most frustrating part about job hunting, the new site sees recruiters update candidates on the status of their application at the click of a button.  This allows the candidate to concentrate on the next stage of the process, whether preparing for an interview or applying for other jobs.

Better for the Employer

Employers will find the right candidate via more comprehensive job descriptions, giving details of responsibilities, skill requirements, benefits and company culture, and honing in on the most appropriate applicant.  An improved candidate management system sees employers control the filtering and communications systems more efficiently.

Dave Capper, InAutomotive Director said, “We asked clients and jobseekers how we could improve their experiences, from both ends of the jobs market.  We have developed a platform inspired by the needs of the people who use it most.”

The relaunch, going live in early March, is just phase one of the regeneration. Phase two will concentrate on career development and creating a community in which professionals can connect. This will include mentorship guidance, career case studies, upskilling opportunities, end to end career guidance and much more.
