Three Kia dealerships have earned the ServiceMark with Distinction status awarded by the Institute of Customer Service. Hats off to Ken Jervis in Stoke, Gravells in Kidwelly and to Drayton Motors in Boston as this is a rare achievement, held by only 14 UK companies.
The Institute says that the ServiceMark with Distinction is the highest accreditation it awards and it has never before been achieved by a motor dealership. So even greater kudos to the Kia threesome.
The award follows high scores in a customer survey and feedback process, a benchmarking review, as well as a rigorous three-stage accreditation process. No wonder Kia are pleased as punch. No doubt their customers are, too.
