Jardine Motors Group has been chosen as the London and southern UK retailer for the highly-exclusive Automobili Pininfarina Battista pure-electric hyper GT. Have you seen this beast? It’s like a Batmobile crossed with a panther on steroids.
The retailer will operate under the name of Automobili Pininfarina London and will be host to the super-exclusive, limited edition Battista Anniversario during its visit to the UK as part of a world tour later this month. Only 150 of the Anniversarios will be made, so grab one while you can.
Of course, this car not only looks drop-dead amazing, it has the guts to back it up too: the Battista will be the most powerful car ever designed and built in Italy, delivering a performance that is unachievable in any road-legal sports car featuring internal combustion engine technology.
How fast? Well, apparently it will be faster than a current Formula 1 race car in its 0-100 km/h sub-two second sprint, all in a zero emissions package. The Battista’s 120 kWh battery provides power to four electric motors – one at each wheel – with a simulated WLTP range of over 500 km (310 miles) on a single charge.
