How Well Do You Know Your Car?

Honda has done a nice little research job on the average family car and what it gets up to in a year.

Apparently, the average car will do 30 day trips, have 2,496 songs played and suffer 24 spillages in the typical year.  Does that sound like your car?  Ours is definitely more spillages and fewer day trips…

The research was commissioned by Honda to coincide with the launch of the all-new HR-V e:HEV, which is being classed as the ultimate family car.  And this study of 2,000 motorists tells us that the average vehicle also see three bouts of car sickness annually – so are they included in the spillages figure?

We wonder if any of these 2,000 motorists surveyed ever drive in London as the figures shows that 43 hours will be spent sitting in stationary traffic in across the year. But surely you can almost do that in one month in London?
