Over 2,000 dealers across the UK have voted for their favourites in the Car Dealer Power Awards, highlighting providers of all manner of services, from paints to warranties and from remarketing to actual car of the year. And this year’s awards have thrown up some surprises and, to be honest, some shoo-ins too.
Skoda’s SUV the Enyaq iV came out on top of all the cars, beating a whole load of top of the range vehicles that usually storm the awards season.
But dig down a little and you will see the awards that really matter to dealers on a day-to-day basis as they’re for products and services they can choose to use. Such as these category winners:
Cleaning Product of the Year – Autoglym
Trade-to-Trade Remarketer of the Year – Trade to Trade
Provenance Check Provider of the Year – Cap HPI
Warranty Provider of the Year – Warrantywise
Paint Protection Provider of the Year – GardX Protection
It’s also worth noting that Kia was voted best manufacturer, with a massive overall 96.5% having been scored in areas such as finance offers, warranty, aftersales and accessibility.
Remember, these are the awards that you, the dealers, are voting in and for Kia to score so highly speaks volumes for the efforts the manufacturers puts into its UK market.
