The Automotive 30% Club, a voluntary network of MDs and CEOs from automotive manufacturer, retailer and supplier companies, is growing again. With the aim of filling at least 30% of key automotive sector leadership positions with diverse women by 2030, the organisation is in the news thanks to big hitters including Cox Automotive, Manheim Auctions and NextGear Capital all signing up.
Members already include major forces within the UK motor trade. CDK Global, Bentley, Marshall Motor Group and Volvo Cars UK are patron members.
This is a very active and pioneering organisation, established and run by the deeply impressive Julia Muir whose track record includes a long stint at Ford and being named in the FT and HERoes top 50 Women in Business global champions of diversity not just once but four times.
