Last week McLaren revealed their new Artura with a streaming of their new F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo taking the high-performance hybrid supercar for a pre-launch spin. It looks amazing and it might be the closest most of us mere mortals ever get to driving a McLaren.
The ‘entry level’ is going to set you back around £185,000 for starters.
But have a look at these stats:
- 0-62mph in 3.0 seconds*
- 0-124mph in 8.3 seconds*
- 0-186mph in 21.5 seconds*
- top speed ‘is limited to’ 205mph.
* McLaren says these speeds are pending final verification…but who cares? Our gob is well and truly smacked by this car.
Ricciardo’s ride is pretty impressive stuff. See it here
